This coffee features a prominent. sweet. and elegant floral aroma reminiscent of jasmine. bergamot. and rose. It offers a refreshing. bright. and fruity acidity akin to citrus (lemon. orange) and tropical fruits (passion fruit. mango). The mouthfeel is exceptionally clean and delicate. almost like drinking fine tea. The finish leaves a lingering. honey-like sweetness. creating a harmonious balance of complex flavors.

This is a Geisha Natural variety cultivated with pride by the Garrido family. owners of the Mamakata Estate—a farm that has previously won first place at the "Best of Panama" competition. Panamanian Geisha is a specialty coffee of exceptional quality and rarity. often hailed as the "King of Coffee."
Geisha (Gesha) Variety
Globally recognized as one of the finest specialty coffee varieties. Its defining characteristic and allure lie in its extraordinarily vibrant and floral flavor profile. unlike any other coffee. Compared to other Arabica varieties. it is more susceptible to disease and grows tall—making maintenance and harvesting difficult—while also yielding a very small harvest per tree.

You will enjoy the jasmine-like white floral aroma characteristic of the Geisha variety. complemented by the fruit flavors derived from the natural processing method. It offers a satisfying. substantial drinking experience despite the light roast. ??Medium Roast
