Accounting for 30% of the world's total coffee production. and famously known as "Santos" due to its shipment from the southern port of Santos. it is the most popular and stable variety of Arabica coffee. It boasts a bright citrusy acidity and a mild. nutty flavor. It's the second-best variety among coffee beans collected from within Brazil. with relatively few defective beans. Screen sizes range from 12 to 20. and this coffee is produced using 17 and 18 screen sizes. It's a standard variety. boasting the most popular and consistent quality among Brazilian coffees.
