This coffee is characterized by a floral aroma. and the distinctive Ethiopian characteristics remain even after decaffeination. It features a refreshing citrusy acidity (lemon. lime. citric acidity). Despite being decaffeinated. it has such a robust flavor and satisfying taste that you wouldn't know it was decaffeinated unless you were told. It features the bright. characteristic Ethiopian flavor and a mild. mellow finish thanks to the decaffeination process.

This decaffeinated coffee has 99% of its caffeine removed using the "water extraction method." which utilizes natural water from Pico de Orizaba. Mexico's highest mountain at an altitude of 5.500m. Only pure glacial water is used. Because no chemicals are used. this decaffeinated coffee is safe to drink.
