<Owner's Comment>
Cultivated in the cool climate of the Andean highlands. this coffee offers an exquisitely harmonious blend of bright. crystalline acidity and a savory aroma reminiscent of roasted nuts. It culminates in a pleasant. lingering finish of gentle caramel-like sweetness—an exceptionally clean and elegant cup.

<About the Beans>
Ecuador—a name meaning "Equator." Situated directly on the equator. the country is traversed north-to-south by two parallel ranges of the Andes Mountains. Consequently. the landscape is broadly divided into three zones: the Pacific coastal region. the highland/mountainous area nestled between the ranges. and the forest region extending eastward toward the headwaters of the Amazon. The land is blessed with fertile soil rich in organic matter and volcanic ash.

??Light Roast
Features a refreshing acidity with floral and citrus notes. It strikes a fine balance between a juicy. apple-like character and a hint of nuttiness. offering a clean acidity. Even at a light roast. it delivers a sweetness reminiscent of burnt caramel that leaves a delightful finish. along with an impression of baked apple.
??Medium Roast
A hint of bitterness emerges at this level. yet it feels pleasant alongside the roasted aroma. It offers a persistent sweetness—like rolling a piece of candy in your mouth—and a very smooth mouthfeel.
??Dark Roast
Bitterness takes the lead but remains pleasant. balancing beautifully with the burnt-caramel notes in the aftertaste. By roasting to draw out sweetness while keeping the bitterness gentle. we create a dark roast that is thoroughly enjoyable. ??Country of Origin?? Ecuador
