These are raw beans from Laos. which are not widely distributed in Japan. The Polaven Plateau. located in Champasak Province in southern Laos. is a plateau region at an altitude of 1.000 to 1.300 meters. blessed with fertile volcanic soil and significant temperature differences between day and night. Joy Farm cultivates Catimor cherries using only natural methods. without any chemical pesticides. Six skilled pickers hand-pick only perfectly ripe cherries. one by one. and process them using the washed method to achieve a clear flavor.
