This is a personal favorite of mine. It features fruity acidity and sweetness; the medium-dark roast creates an exquisite balance between body and sweetness. With a sweet aroma and chocolate-like notes. it offers a harmonious blend of mellow body and pleasant bitterness.

<About the Beans>
"AA" is the highest grade for Tanzanian coffee. defined by having over 90% of beans with a screen size of 18 or larger and less than 10% with a screen size of 17. This "AA++ (TOP)" selection—proudly presented by Taylor Winch. Tanzania's largest shipper—surpasses even the standard AA grade. "Ngorongoro" means "Big Hole" in the language of the Maasai. the nomadic people who inhabit the region.
