Kenya. located near the equator in Africa. produces some of the highest quality coffee. The highest grade AA beans are characterized by their large size and uniform shape. Kenyan coffees generally tend to be very high in lipids. so there isn't a significant difference in lipid content. However. the key feature of this coffee is its high degree of ripeness. It has a high sucrose content. allowing you to enjoy a sweet caramel aroma.
