<About the Beans>
"Diamond Mountain" is grown at the La Esmeralda Estate. Situated at the foothills of the Barú Volcano in western Panama—at an average altitude of 1.400 meters—the estate enjoys abundant rainfall and a rich natural environment that includes protected native forests. With practices such as avoiding pesticides. hand-picking only fully ripe cherries. and meticulous post-harvest processing. it is truly an environment worthy of producing "the world's best coffee."

La Esmeralda Estate
Managed by the Peterson family. this estate is famous for introducing Panamanian Geisha coffee to the world. Since winning the "Best of Panama" international auction in 2004. they have led the production of Geisha coffee. consistently setting record-breaking prices.

Production Process
After fermenting for 6 to 8 hours. the beans are sun-dried on concrete patios for five days to reduce moisture content to 30%. followed by final drying in a mechanical dryer. They are then sorted by machine and undergo a cupping test in the quality control room before shipment. Cupping Notes
