New Oriente is a mountainous region in the highlands of eastern Guatemala. It is characterized by a cool and humid climate due to frequent fog and shorter daylight hours compared to other regions. The volcanic ash soil. rich in minerals. is suitable for coffee cultivation. The acidity is mild. and it has a well-balanced sweetness. At light to medium roasts. it results in a bright and refreshing impression.

Geisha Variety
Known worldwide as one of the highest quality specialty coffee varieties. Its greatest characteristic and appeal lies in its overwhelmingly vibrant flavor. unmatched by other coffees. Compared to other Arabica varieties. it is susceptible to disease. grows tall making maintenance and harvesting difficult. and yields an extremely low amount per tree.

A mountainous region in eastern Guatemala. A former volcanic area. Characterized by soil formed from crushed metamorphic rocks resulting from volcanic activity. Unlike other volcanic soil regions. it contains a well-balanced amount of minerals.
